　　Materials Formed by the Chinese Judicial Authorities during the Trial of Japanese War Criminals

　　在1950年代中华人民共和国司法机关侦查处理日本战犯而形成的侦讯档案中，有数百名日本战犯的笔供、口供和侦讯总结意见书等涉及日军在占领地区设立“慰安所”及强迫中国、朝鲜、今印度尼西亚妇女充当“慰安妇”，到慰安所摧残妇女的内容。

　　The interrogation archives formed in the 1950s during the judicial investigation of Japanese war criminals of the People's Republic of China contained the written and oral confessions of hundreds of Japanese war criminals, interrogation summary, etc., which involved the contents of the “comfort stations” that the Japanese established in the occupied areas and how they forced Chinese, Korean, and Indonesian women to work as "comfort women", and ravaged women in comfort stations.

　　Written confession of Yutaka Takeuchi(竹内丰)

　　据竹内丰笔供，他曾任日本陆军医院中尉军医。1936年12月，在黑龙江汤原，因竹内丰建议，警备司令部“叫县公署强拉中国青年妇女30名”，“作为娼妇置于日本军专用慰安所中”。“警备司令部派遣武装兵力，以武力恫吓强占中国人之房30间，充当日本军专用妓馆”。

　　1938年1月，在黑龙江虎林市，因竹内丰建议，警备司令部“责县公署强拉中国青年妇女25名”，“作为日本军专用妓馆”，并“派遣武装兵力，以武力恫吓强占中国人民房25间，充当日本军专用妓女馆”。

　　According to the written confession of Yutaka Takeuchi, he served as lieutenant military doctor at a Japanese army hospital. In December 1936: in the city of Tangyuan, Heilongjiang, following the suggestion of Yutaka Takeuchi, the Police Corps Command “told the county government to press-gang 30 young Chinese women”, “as whores to be placed in comfort stations dedicated to the Japanese army”. “The Police Corps Command sent armed troops to occupy through coercion 30 rooms from the Chinese people to serve as dedicated Japanese military brothels”.

　　In January 1938: In Hulin City, Heilongjiang, following the suggestion of Yutaka Takeuchi, the Police Corps Command “told the county government to press-gang 25 young Chinese women” to work in “dedicated Japanese military brothels”, and “sent armed troops to occupy through coercion 25 rooms from the Chinese people to serve as dedicated Japanese military brothels”.
